Jason Szuch - President
Jason Szuch is recognized in the Security Industry
as one of the youngest and fastest up and coming leaders. Since 2002,
Jason has founded several technology-related startup companies. All of
these companies have seen triple-digit growth. Mobile Witness is no
exception. Before entering the Security Industry, Jason spent 5 years in
the Hospitality Industry working as General Manager for one of the USA's
largest Hoteliers. He then spent 2 years working as digital video
recording Product Manager for one of the largest privately held Fire and
Security Integrators in the Mid-West. Today, he is responsible for overseeing
all operations including, production, sales, and product development. Under the
leadership of Jason Szuch, Mobile Witness and SAY Security were recognized as
the 565 fastest growing USA companies in 2007.
Shan Griffin - Chief Operating Officer
Over the past 18 years Shan Griffin has been involved in a wide variety of
positions that have given him the experience to succeed with Mobile
Witness. For the past 9 years, Shan has gained extensive experience in
internet and security technologies. During 4 of those years Shan worked
in a variety of capacities within the Network Operations Center for UUNET, WorldCom
& MCI. He has also worked for the Past 5 years managing multiple
successful technology companies that have seen explosive growth; two of these
companies include Hospitality WiFi & SAY Security USA. Before
entering the world of technology, Shan spent 9 years in the Manufacturing
Industry where he was involved in the production, quality control and
management of filtration products manufactured for Honda of America. His
experience and involvement in multiple arenas of business and technology helps
him to be an even more efficient Operating Officer for Mobile Witness. He
is extremely detail oriented and is poised to insure Mobile Witness stays on
target!
Dan McGinley - VP of Business Development
Dan McGinley holds degrees in Electronic
Engineering. He has a background in Design, Product Development &
Technical Marketing with Sony Corporation of America. He was Director of
Engineering with Mitsubishi Electronics of America, VP of Product Development
& Sales with Costar USA, and VP of Sales with i3DVR America. Other
positions held include Director of Sales with Indigo Vision USA, as well as
National Sales Manager for ELMO Manufacturing. Dan has an extensive
background in CCTV and IP Video technologies. As VP of Business Development Dan
will be working with current and future Partners to increase our worldwide
exposure and educate them on our product portfolio.
Tim Eicher - VP of Research and Development
Tim Eicher was brought on as the VP of Research and Development when the
department was formed in 2006. Since the creation of the department, Tim
has overseen software design and development, product testing, and advanced
research in several areas. He has shown himself to be a very skilled
software developer. In addition, Tim has also displayed his leadership
skills with proven results. He involves himself with every aspect of R
& D, from the research and assignments of projects, right down to the
individual lines of code. Tim has built a very knowledgeable team of
engineers. He also utilizes several interns from local Universities to
stay on the cutting edge, and help students gain a knowledge and experience of
life in the real world. The R & D department has more than doubled
since its inception. Tim will continue to provide this same level of
professionalism to our Mobile Witness partners!
Tug Taviano- Director of Marketing
Tug Taviano joined Mobile Witness and SAY Security as Director of Marketing
in 2006. He comes with over 7 years experience in design and publication,
specializing in advertising in visual media. Tug’s work—which includes copy
writing, editing, and design—has been published in multiple ,
catalogues, newsletters, and websites. He currently draws upon his
experience in the production and upkeep of multiple company websites and
publications.
